Cheesecake, bibingka, or leche flan? I’m a big fan of all three so this hybrid dessert definitely caught my eye. Keso Flan “looks like leche flan, feels like cheesecake, and tastes like bibingka when eaten with salted egg and queso de bola.” Mind. Blown. This takeout platter is good for 10 people at P510. What a steal, right? If you’ve got a little money to spare, this can be your contribution to your family’s Noche Buena! I’m personally excited to try it at Sentro 1771, along with their other holiday takeouts Arroz a la Valenciana and Sautéed Lengua with Mushroom Salpicao.
