I’ve always been the type of person to take “friends forever” quite seriously. The friendships I keep last for a long, long time. So most of the milestones in my life have been shared with old friends. The first time I had a real crush (celebrities not counted!), the moment I first thought I was in love (maybe it was just a case of extreme like, hehe), the first time I had my heart broken (complete with running-into-the-arms-of-my-BFF drama), when I had to say good bye to my mom (random bouts of crying sessions everywhere), and lots more that would take me all day to finish typing.

One of the major milestones in my best friend’s life happened over the weekend. (:

What started out to be one of the busiest weekends of 2012 was also one of the happiest! We had one last sleepover before she said “I do” to the love of her life (spanning 9 years and counting!). All our friends were there to witness the momentous occasion, in our ballerina-inspired dresses in Beauty and the Beast yellow. The wedding was beautiful! What made it even more special were all the details that the bride and groom, along with family and friends, made sure were well thought of.

To Marc and Laika, here’s to the newest chapter in your love story. I hope you share many more milestones together and that you continue on making that firm decision to stay together. I’m so excited for your future together. I love you both!
