Guess who celebrated her birthday yesterday… It’s our dear fashion assistant, Margaux! We’ve been thinking of what to get her for her birthday and Mimi mentioned she wanted a gigantic cookie. But apparently, ordering a cookie cake from Mrs. Fields will take a week so we asked our resident baker (aka Macy) if she can bake a big version of her ever famous choco chip walnut cookie. And viola!

If Mrs. Fields takes a week to bake a cookie cake, Macy’s fields can do it overnight! See how we surprised Margaux while she was discussing her layout plans to Steph for her fashion ed pages.

The Candy girls also gave Margaux individual gifts.

Macy with her cookies (made from the extra batter used for the cake), Angel with Reese’s brownies, Steph with Hello Panda, Me with Chocomallows (would you believe it was her first time to eat mallows a week ago?!) and Mimi with glow lights? (Hmmm……)

After munching all those sweets, we headed to Piadina in Galleria for lunch with Margaux’s boyfriend, Con. The birthday girl was surprised again when Con handed her a banoffee pie (which she absolutely love). Marla was holding the cake at first so we had to sneak in so that Margaux wouldn’t see us. She even saw us walking towards Piadina so we had to walk back and hide! Mimi called Con to get the cake from us and give it to Margaux himself.

It was a sweet-filled day for our girl. Happy Birthday, Margaux! We wish you more sweet birthdays to come.
