Hey, Candy girls!

When I was in grade school, I used to collect stamps. I'd write my friend who had just moved to New Zealand tons of letters so I could collect the stamps that would be on her letters. My mom bought me a stamp album and it came with a set of stamps. I was obsessed for it for a while, but now that album is nowhere near halfway full.

 

 

At present, I seem to be acquiring a lot of shoes, sneakers in particular. It all started when my kuya introduced me to Nike Dunks. I remember we were spending our Sunday with the family in Shangri-la and shoes were on sale. I went home happily carrying a bag with first pair of Dunks.

 

 

After that, my brother would buy shoes for me or I'd get a pair for myself. I now have 6 pairs and I'm looking to add some more to my growing collection. Some of the gifts donated to my collection are these awesome lime green Dunks (limited edition!) and purple ones with blue laces that my brother got for my birthday (it's still a week away!).

 

 

Now I haven't started collecting yet, but after attending the big lomo exhibit at the Team Manila office, I definitely want to start a collection of lomos (pictures, if not cameras haha). I've posted about my Supersampler before and I think it's about time I get another camera! Here is my lomo wishlist:

   Hi Mace! uuuyyy candy blog reader na din ako I used to collect stamps too. I soak them in hot water pa and leave them to dry and i have tongs pa and everything para hindi mapunit. haha!

   hhmm.. i want to collect bugz shades! hopefully.. but my recent collection now is strawberries stuff..like long necklaces with strawberry pendant, bedsheets with starwberry designs and more..i just love it!! that’s all..

   nice nike dunks collection..

   i collect earrings.. the weird pieces are always better. i find them unique.
   my current fave is the gold one with egyptian pharoah engraved. unique!
   i even make earrings on my own!

   Cool collection

   I collect Meg Cabot books. And I recently got into this Japanese boyband named Arashi and I’ve started collecting their DVDs and CDs and even shows I download online.

   I really like your collection of stamps and Dunks! I’m a hardcore collector too. I collect pens,magazines and notebooks. Love the shoes, though.

    I love the cameras and the shoes. How i wish i could collect those latest ones in Nike. But only if i can have a massive amount of space at home. I wanna collect books of interesting stuff. I so love reading the ones that interest me. Am not a Bookworm, but i still read if i want to:)

    i used to collect lipgloss back in highschool. hehehe! i even told my guy bestfriend, emer, that if ever i die, i’ll make sure that i have on my will that he’ll be the keeper of my lipgloss collection.

    i want to collect those Bratz dolls, converse sneakers, and guitar picks. hehehe… i better save some money.

    i used to collect beyblades in grade school.i was soo crazy about it before.my day was really incomplete without buying one.it used to be my obsession.haha!
    now im goin` crazy about magazines! i buy almost everyweek.my classmates and friends call me crazy na nga eh!! hahaha!

    Macy!!! I had that Amelia Earhart stamp too!!! I didn’t have a lot of stamps like you, but I did save the ones I liked. And your sneaker collection is so aliw! It’s like,”Let’s see…what kind of Dunk do I make today?” Hahahaha!

    Cha: I’ve started reading again. I just finished Books 1 and 2 of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Whee! I’m going to borrow the third one from Steph. Yay!

    mia: I have about four or five of that stamp, actually. Ha ha! I should add one more to my collection then I’ll have one for each day of the week.

    oh, i love your nike collection Ms. Macy. the girly details remind me of my kindergarten sneakers (which was mostly Barbie or Disney’s Mickey/Minnie Mouse). Haha.

    i collect Candy. hahaha. aside from that, i am also starting to collect long necklaces (or blings). I am so addicted to them. Hahaha.
