Sandali Lang

Hello, Candy girls!

Let me introduce you to Silent Sanctuary:

Marla, Mimi, and I were at the Universal Records office when we bumped into them. They are our new favorite band! :P Marla says they're the Yellowcard of the Philippines. I love them because their songs sound weepy and sad (I think it's because of the violin and cello.)—and I love songs like that.

My favorite track on their album, Fuchsiang Pag-Ibig, is "Sandali Lang." *cries* Haha! You should grab a copy of their album. :) I'm not sure if it's out yet, though.

My favorite songs this week (also known as songs I've been listening to while I work.):
01 Silent Sanctuary's Sandali Lang
02 OK Go's Oh Lately It's So Quiet
03 John Mayer's Vultures and Stop This Train
04 Kate Havnevik's So:Lo

What are yours? I'd like to know. I'm open to new music. Hehe!

xoxo,
Macy

I love Silent Sanctuary’s Rebound. And aww, I love Yellowcard too :)

  2. Macy Says:

Oh, Silent Sanctuary seems interesting. Better check them out. I like melancholic tunes as well. *LoL*. I’m currently listening to classics like “Can’t Help Falling In Love” and “Where Do I Begin?”. This rock band A New Found Glory is pretty interesting, though. They make remakes of classics and turn them into rock. I like their version of “Everything I Do (I Do It For You)”. Kinda cool… ^_^

I’ve been home alone since Sunday, so for the past few nights, I’ve been sitting by my emote spot overlooking the Ortigas lights while listening to my emote song, Kendall Payne’s “Scratch.” Haha, pathetic! I swear, I can’t listen to that song without getting teary-eyed.

I love love love “Rebound.” :)
