Get your glow on, in an instant.

Whether you're beach-bound for a dose of sea, sand, and surf, or loading up on popcorn and movies for an epic staycation, getting glowy, sun-goddess skin is as easy as blasting your favorite summer anthem. The great thing about the dewy look is that it looks super pretty but really natural—your friends won't be able to pinpoint why you're blooming like crazy! It also requires minimal effort and is actually good for your skin, too, which is always a win-win in our (beauty) book.

1. Prep.
Moisturize your face with a lightweight, brightening gel formula that’ll quench your skin without making it feel sticky or heavy. Don’t worry about its brightening qualities if you love your tan, because it'll simply even out your complexion and get rid of dark spots, not make you paper-pale.

2. Prime.
Primers are awesome, even when you’re not piling on a ton of makeup that needs to stay in place throughout the day. We’re huge fans of wearing primer on its own, minus the foundation or BB cream, allowing it to camouflage pores and smoothen skin tone without caking on too much product. This one, which has soft champagne shimmer and doesn’t feel tacky at all, is a bit pricey but SO worth it.

3. Conceal.
Nothing ruins a healthy flush more than stress-induced panda eyes, so a brightening concealer in a peach shade (this color fights dark undereye circles like a pro!) is your new best friend. Swipe over the sides of your nose and the corners of your mouth as well for some color-correcting action.

4. Highlight.
While contouring does have its perks, highlighting is a much more natural way to define your facial structure and make those cheekbones pop. Pick a highlighter in a liquid consistency—it’s easier to maneuver than creams and looks more subtle than powder—and a bronze-y hue for a gorgeous sunkissed glow. Dot onto your brow bone, the high points of your cheeks, cupid’s bow, and chin, then blend with your fingers.

5. Refresh.
With the rising temperatures, your skin will definitely need a quick pick-me-up midday. Stash a revitalizing facial mist in your purse and spritz on any time to enhance that glow and make you look effortlessly fresh! Choose one that has moisturizing properties to keep your dewy, pretty skin on point.
