12 Minimalist Nail Art To Try On Your Next Mani Sesh
Ideas for the girl who's just dipping her tips and toes into the wonderful world of nail art.

We love a fresh mani and go crazy over bottles of colorful nail polish. But if you're one of those girls who sticks to one color (red? nude? pink?) but are curious to see how nail art will look on your tips, then this list is for you! We rounded up a few subtle takes on nail art so that you can rock a mani that's not too far from what you're normally used to. These designs are chic and understated, you won't even realize they're nail art!

  1. Marble nails
Just a white base with a hint of pattern. Totally perfect match with your midi rings.

  2. Pastel Marble
If you want to change it up a little, paint your digits in alternating white, pink, gray, and silver with a marbled accent nail.

  3. Down the Middle
Paint a single stripe with gold or metallic polish in the middle of your nail.

  4. French Glitter
A variation on the French tip. An almost invisible line of glitter at the very tip of your nails speaks understated glamour.

  5. French Half Moon
Another glitter nail art adds a half moon to the french tip. Skip the base color!

  6. Gray-dient
A silver and dark gray ombre is perfect for the girl who loves to wear black.

  7. Lined
You can use a thin paintbrush or striping tape to do this nail art.

  8. Pop of Neon
Before painting over with a nude color, use a neon base on your nails. Use striping tape to do the patterns and gently peel off to reveal the neon stripes.

  9. Neon Neon
Go for 2 stripes with this design.

  10. Dotty
Love this take on negative space.

  11. Diagonal white
Use washi tape to achieve that straight edge.

  12. Gilded
Paint half your nail gold and the other half black for a different take on the French tip.
