Selena Gomez kicked off her Revival Tour last Friday in Las Vegas and boy was she lit. Aside from dropping her new single, Feel Me, she also showed off her hot new bod, clad in glittering bodysuits reminiscent of Toxic-era Britney. One can only imagine the time and effort spent in trying to keep a tight figure that can wiggle in skin-tight outfits such as those (we hear her tour wardrobe is full of them,) all while trying to sing and keep up with choreography. Mad props to you, Selena, however, we're still dying to know just exactly how you managed to get in shape.
Selena tells Harper’s Bazaar, "At the moment, I'm training every day to build my stamina up for the tour. But don't get me wrong—it was not like this before the tour." Currently her workout is composed of Pilates, indoor cycling, and different kinds of yoga. As for her diet, she claims to be big on juicing and even shared her personal recipe.
"I do two carrots, ginger, and one piece of celery—I know, that's lame, but one—and then half of a beet. Those are the things I always keep around."
Throw all the ingredients into a juicer and you've got yourself some Selena Mojo.
