This is the Twitter update we've all been waiting for! According to a source who's familiar with Twitter, they may stop counting your links and media as part of the 140-character limit. Woohoo! At present, your links and photos are shortened to 23 characters whenever you share them via Twitter. Ya$$$, more space for our thoughts then! (via TeenVogue.com)

Aww, Cara Delevingne reportedly got in trouble with Paris authorities recently. The actress had to pay a "small fine for verbal abuse" after arguing with security officials at the Gare du Nord station in the city. The actress yelled an obscenity at an officer and was with a friend who was trying to calm her down too. Everything's fine now as Cara seems to have a happy time with her family according to her Instagram. (via J-14.com)
