Aww, this proves Zac Efron is actually one of the nicest guys in showbiz. A fan accidentally smashed his phone while fanboying... so Zac decided to buy him a new one. Huhuhu, crying because why is he so nice!? (via Dolly.com.au

Speaking of Zac, his ex Vanessa Hudgens opened up in an interview with the New York Times that having the hottie as a boyfriend wasn't easy. The two started dating two years after meeting in 2005 and split after four years together. "I went through a phase when I was really mean because I was so fed up. Girls were running after him, and I was giving them death stares. Then I realized that's not what that's about," she said. Aww, we can totally understand, V. It's really not easy when a lot of girls are going after your BF. We're just glad that they're both happy now with their own relationships: Zac with Sami Miro and V with Austin Butler. Sam Concepcion admitted in an interview with members of the press recently that he was surprised to learn that his ex Jasmine Curtis Smith is dating Jeff Ortega. But like a good ex, he also said that he's not hurt about the whole thing. That even if he knew the guy. "You wouldn't be hurt kasi their intention isn't to hurt [me]," he said "It has absolutely nothing to do with me." He even described Jeff as a "nice guy". Aww, taking notes from Sam on how not to talk about our exes with someone. (via PEP.ph)

If you're reading something today, make sure you include this essay by Cara Delevingne on your reading lists. The model/actress wrote about how important it is to love yourself in a world that constantly dictates how we're all supposed to look like. "In no time, though, I found myself surrendering to the industry's approval process. I felt like I needed validation from everyone," Cara wrote. "As a result, I lost sight of myself and what it meant to be happy, what it meant to be successful. I think it all stemmed from a deep-down feeling of wanting people to like me and love me... You just feel like you're constantly disappointing others, and there' this moment when you're like, 'Wait, what am I trying to do? Who am I doing this for?'" Aww, this is the reminder we need from time to time. (via Nylon.com)
