The MTV Video Music Awards happened.

ICYMI, the MTV Video Music Awards happened this morning! Apart from all the winners (obviously), there were a lot of other things that happened at the awards show! Here are 5 of the things we think you should know.

Taylor Swift didn't just take home Moonmen for her "Blank Space" and "Bad Blood" music videos, she also released the video for her next single "Wildest Dreams" at the VMAs pre-show. We were right! It is the dreamy Scott Eastwood who plays her co-star in what seems like a movie set in the desert. What do you think? Will this video win all the awards, too?

Speaking of Taylor Swift, she also appeared onstage with Nicki Minaj, whom she had a tiff with when the MTV VMA nominations were announced. But instead of Taylor inviting Nicki onstage, it was totally the other way around with Nicki welcoming Tay as they opened the awards show. Looks like there's definitely no bad blood there.

Justin Bieber certainly had a major case of the feels at the VMAs especially at the end of his performance. Did you see him tear up just a bit? He also released the official music video for "What Do You Mean." Watch it here.

We're going to be LSS-ing on Nick Jonas's latest song "Levels." He shows he's definitely got moves in his new music video. Are you digging it?

VMA host Miley Cyrus dropped a bomb of surprise at the end of the show by announcing her new album that you can get ABSOLUTELY FREE. You're welcome.

What were your favorite moments at the VMAs? Catch the encore tonight at 8pm on MTV Pinoy.
